This is Hopetoun Barn - your escape from a busy world. We are located on the Hillsborough River on PEI in the middle of the country but only 8 minutes from downtown Charlottetown.
Hopetoun barn is set in 4 acres and surrounded by countryside. There is a river beach at the end of the property and we are only minutes from many of the great beaches on PEI. The Fox Meadow golf course is less than 5 minutes away

I visited PEI in July 2002 and it was paradise. The weather was perfect and we did the whole tourist trip "Anne of Green Gables", lobster every meal (with a bib) etc.
It's truly an incredible place to visit.

This cottage looks incredible!! SO sweet, warm and inviting! I just love that home away from home feeling. Always gives me new ideas on how to decorate my house :) Vacations are great :)
