Does your bank know you? It doesn't matter anymore

Yesterday the BMO's system went down. Not only could you not access cash at an ATM BUT if you went into the branch, they could not give you any money because it is no longer enough for the staff to know you!

Of course in real banking, the entire issue was being known.
