Context: The metaphor of the evolutionary corporation is grounded in the belief that real transformation at both the individual level is possible. What have we learned? What can we do ourselves? What do you want to do?

Please read the last 2 chapters of the book which summarize the learnings. “Going Home” on my site is a good summary of where we could all be going – if we shifted our mindset.
