It is where I got the idea about the Flop. Mike Harper's graphic shows clearly how each system has a design limit. I think that we are doing the straddle for all we are worth but no matter how hard we try, we cannot get any higher. But like the athletes of Fosbury's time, doing the flop - really listening to the customer, is an outrageous idea that violates all our effort to now and all out thinking and training.
