I don't understand the US anymore.
Purportedly it goes to war to support democracy and it criticizes Putin in Russia but:
1. Most electoral districts have been rigged to ensure that the incumbent is returned = growing cynicism and ever lower turnouts
2. There is uncertainty about who can vote and hence the electoral rolls are rigged especially in swing states such as Florida by officials who are also party members
3. There has been a rush to install voting machines that have no safeguards.
4. No proper debate is allowed
5. In the guise of Homeland security, the rights and freedoms of citizens are being squeezed
This is a democracy?
