We would like to rent our barn for the winter Jan 6 to the end of May. Here is the photo album.

What we want is to keep the place occupied. Our ideal tenant is someone who needs to get away. Maybe you are writing or composing? Maybe you just need to work some things out.
It is fully furnished and has everything to keep you going - fully equipped kitchen etc. Wifi is included.
It is 2,500 square feet and is very cosy as you can see in the photos. The wood burning stove is modern and works very well and we will stock you with wood. Our drive is blown out after heavy sbow and we are only about 8 minutes from downtown.
We would charge $800 a month plus heat and electricity.
