Imagine what this does to:
- Flatten out the barriers between levels
- Build trust
- Speed up tempo
- Assist learning - you are a tele-sales person and have a question/Problem - you will get immediate expert help is you ask for it
- Make the workplace more human - bet it's not all about work either
