It's so funny (sad) for years we have been told that the way to lose weight is to go on a low fat diet. So fat has been taken out of yoghurt and replaced with corn starch to give it "mouth". We think that drinking sodas is nothing while we cut out butter.
It's ironic that it is starched and sugars that really put the pounds on - glad to see that I am not the only one who knows this now.
How many sodas do you drink a day? And yes diet sodas might be even worse!
