This year for the first time, a farmer is growing cabbages in the next door field. They have an intensive spraying regime.
After the first spray our 4 year old 20 foot high healthy elm tree died in a week - losing all its leaves. A month later our 2 3 year old ash trees have died. Now at the end of the season a 7 year old English Oak is having all its leaves turn brown - this is 8 weeks before they do this naturally.
Do any of you who know more about cabbages and what they spray know if this is a coincidence or if there is a direct link?
